This case project presents a real life scenario of three entrepreneurs that have spotted a business opportunity in agriculture. You'll be challenged to create a business case for the entrepreneurs' new venture.

Aditya and Nivas (2 successful entrepreneurs based out of India) have teamed up with Eric (a Tanzanian entrepreneur) to set-up a large scale Agribusiness project in Tanzania. Being successful entrepreneurs in other businesses, they have managed to raise investments to acquire 50,000 hectares of agricultural land near Dar-e-Salaam, Tanzania.

Looking at the recent global consumer interests in alternative proteins they have decided to build their agribusiness project in cultivating pulses ( like Chickpeas, Pigeon Peas, Lentils, Mung beans etc) and processing them locally to create higher value and market them internationally.

This module deals with:

*Understand strategic and tactical dilemmas in an agribusiness context
*Action their understanding in specific business situations/scenarios

You will be given expert feedback to improve your understanding.
