Joseph Charles Kaphipa - Tanzania 🇹🇿
Joseph is the Founder and Managing Director for INTRALIFE Enterprises Limited which provides Management Consulting services on Agribusiness to local entrepreneurs, public and private institutions, local farmers, investors and other sectors in the development space. He worked with Dalberg Global Development Advisors as a Senior team member where he played key role in providing day to day Technical Assistance and Coaching on ‘Government Delivery Systems Strengthening’ approaches and skills to government counterparts for the Tanzania Agricultural Transformation Project. This project provided Local and Regional Governments with tools, frameworks and real-life examples to help them transform their ability to deliver. We assisted the Government to develop and disseminate the Manual for Agriculture Transformation titled ‘Delivering Transformation in the Agriculture Sector: Approaches and Lessons from the Field’.
As a Social entrepreneur, he is experienced with Value Chain Development, Value Addition, Business Planning and Development, Capacity Building, Partnership Management, Market Development, Public Private Partnership (PPP), Farm Management and provision of Farmer Support Services. He is also a passionate farmer who has invested his time and finances on income-generation groups formation, coaching, mentor-ship, horticulture and animal production, food processing and packaging activities.
