As Managing Director, Chris has over 25 years’ experience in international agriculture, including research, product and business development and senior level corporate management. This has included periods spent working with former Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke in China, successful partnership negotiations with established European and Chinese companies and heading the global agricultural division for Avery Weigh-Tronix Ltd.

By accessing an extensive network of international contacts and partners, including manufacturers,

farmers, academics, consultants and public sector organisations, Agri Synergy Ltd maintains a detailed knowledge of global agriculture and technical trends. This knowledge is used as the basis for an initial assessment of client objectives, for example the leveraging of early stage investment, the development and launch of new products or applications, the development of new markets for mature products or the acceleration of an existing area of business. Following this assessment, a draft strategy is proposed and timelines agreed.
