Irene Mue

Ms. Irene Mue is an Enterprise Development Professional with extensive experience addressing issues around the growth of emerging enterprises, business competitiveness and organisational development in East and West Africa.

Central to the consultant’s development strategy is a systemic approach that seeks to establish key underlying constraints to market systems to guide the development of practical interventions and their implementations thereof. Irene has over the years developed expertise and honed the skills necessary for an effective practice, particularly in conducting market research, feasibility studies, problem solving, organisational decision making and creativity as well as strategic planning.

She currently serves as the Senior Business Manager of a Kenyan-based consulting firm that provides advisory services in value chain development and business planning while also implementing multi-year programs in Kenya’s agricultural space.
