Mr. Udai possesses 35+ years of techno-commercial work experience in various Food establishments of repute in India and UAE. His immediate past assignment was with SGS India as Training and Technical governance head of food division and a short stint with India’s Leading snacks manufacturing company namely, Haldiram Nagpur as General Manager operations.

Served as resource person for Designated Officers and Food Safety Officers of Food Safety and Standards Authority Of India (FSSAI), all over India, for food safety, Hygiene, Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Traceability, Recall, Risk Assessment, Surveillance and other relevant topics to Food safety.

A Masters in Food Technology( 1982) from UN- International Food Technology Training Centre at Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore and graduated in Agriculture and animal Husbandry, Udai is running a training and food safety system and quality consultancy organization.
